Using Tesco with One Stop Order Processing

To import your orders from Tesco into One Stop Order Processing use the following procedure:

1 Login into your Tesco merchant account at the main merchant login page or using the https://merchanthub.tesco.com/sign-in link, an example shown below:





2 Select the Order Management menu option and then My Orders. Make sure the Open orders tab is selected. Select the orders to download. This can eitehr be the selected orders (as an .xls file or .csv), shown below.


3 In the Import dialog click on Add and select the Tesco Direct Format and click on Next.



4 In the main Import dialog if you untick Split VAT out if you have included tax information on your website. If you don't include VAT in your shipping untick Adjust shipping VAT (in the Adjust Tax options on the import dialog).
